Lexi serves as the Director of Operations and Client Relations, supporting the firm’s founders—Mike, Grant, and Matt—as their right hand in managing daily operations and client service. With a Bachelor of Science in Finance (emphasis in Financial Management) from Northwest Missouri State University and experience in the financial industry since the start of 2022, she plays a vital role in keeping the business running efficiently.
Lexi oversees client scheduling, marketing, and back-office processes to ensure every detail is handled with precision. Known for her proactive communication, she keeps clients informed every step of the way and completes tasks quickly and accurately to avoid hiccups along the way. Her focus is always on providing clients with the best possible experience and the peace of mind that their financial team is on top of every detail.
Before entering the finance industry, Lexi worked in the food service field for four years, where she developed a strong appreciation for customer service and teamwork—skills that continue to guide her client-focused approach today.
Originally from Omaha, Lexi moved frequently growing up, living in several states before returning to Nebraska. She now lives in Omaha with her two goldendoodles, Kenai and Sitka. Outside of work, Lexi enjoys singing and performing in musical theater productions at community theaters around Omaha. Whether managing firm operations or performing on stage, she brings enthusiasm, precision, and heart to everything she does.
